Real estate law is one of the primary practice areas for the LAW OFFICES OF RALPH J. SCHUMANN.  Our expertise includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, short sales, foreclosure defense, real estate tax redemptions, as well as real estate related litigation.


Ralph J. Schumann is currently President of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, is a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association Real Estate Law Section Council, and is Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.
